How I made $385 in adsense in one month

I know this income is too small compare to other blogs who already earn more than $3,000 or $40,000 a month from blogging.

But I just want to be honest with you. I don’t want to tell you a lie that’s why this income as of the time of this writing is too small. I just started last October 2008 in monetizing my website. From $30 in the first month to $81 in the second month and $195 in the third month and now I’m having a passive income of $385 per month.

Before I reach this income I always studying about the best way of optimizing an Adsense ads in my website. Until now I’m still studying the best way to monetize my website. The biggest income I have today is from Adsense.

How to earn $100 a day?

I have already discussed this topic on my post “Steps to Make Money Online” and I want to add some additional resources for you to succeed.

Before I started building my website, I came across a website who earns an average of $12 dollars a month by running ads on his website. I get interested because I started before to monetize my website but unfortunately I was not lucky.

After reading an article from that website I started to think again if I can also monetize my website and reach $12 a day. And that dream is now a reality. But before I reach $12 a day I set a goal to reach $100 a day. Although this is far from what I am earning now but I believe that someday I will reach this goal.

But this will need time and effort. As of this time I already have 130,000 page views and to meet my goal I need 1,000,000 page views a month to reach $100 a day.

Pretty simple? In math. But in reality you need a lot of content in order to achieve 1,000,000 page views in your website.

The best weapon to earn money

Now where to find good resources if you are a beginner and want to start to earn like this? If you want to follow my goal then buy a book that will teach you on how to do this. Why? Because a lot of junk information about Adsense now-a-days are spreading in the internet.

Try to search Google about the word Adsense and you’ll see a lot of results. But having a book, not just a book, but a good book, a complete book that will teach you from beginning to end will truly help you and save you time and effort in finding the same result. Of course it will cost you a bucks but I think it’s fair enough if the return is more than the price of a book.

If you buy a book for $39 and you earn $385 in a month then how much your profit? May be your thinking that I will share all my experience here? Yes I will do. But I cannot disclose all my experience here in one shot deal. I have to write it one by one to make sure that I am writing quality content.

If you are willing to wait then wait. But think about the opportunity you’ll miss if you start right now. May be a month of waiting to save $39 will miss a $200 of opportunity.

Final thoughts

Money making online is not a scam if you use the information with care. Don’t believe in any information you read like you will get rich in 24 hours. Making money online requires hard work in the beginning and the reward at the end is more than what you invest.
